This time, we provided a 12.5-square-meter P3.91 curved LED display screen for an important client in Mexico. You might ask, what’s so special about the P3.91 curved screen?

Features of Rental Curved LED Screens
The core of the rental business is “frequent disassembly and assembly, transportation everywhere, and repeated use.” Therefore, the design of rental curved LED screens maximizes speed, flexibility, lightness, and stability. Our rental curved LED screens have the following core features:
Core Feature: High-Precision Adjustable Angle Locks
This is the biggest technological difference between rental curved screens and ordinary screens.
Each standard cabinet (500mm x 500mm) of the rental screen is equipped with adjustable angle locks on both sides.
Multi-purpose: Setup personnel only need to move the locks to precisely adjust the angle between -20° and +20°. These cabinets can be assembled into an inward-curved stage today and restored to a normal, perfectly flat screen tomorrow.
Ultimate Quick Installation Design
Time is money in stage rental, often requiring completion within hours.
Quick-lock and magnetic positioning: The cabinets are secured using powerful quick-locks; one person can easily lift and snap the lock in seconds.
Quick-release power control box: The power box on the back typically features a tool-free, three-second disassembly design. If a screen’s power supply fails during a performance, engineers can remove the old power box and plug in the new one without disassembling the screen, achieving near-instantaneous maintenance.
Lightweight and durable (die-cast aluminum)
Rental screen cabinets are generally made of die-cast aluminum, which is significantly lighter than the metal cabinets used for fixed installations (each cabinet typically weighs only 7-8 kg). This greatly reduces the load on the stage truss.
Although lightweight, die-cast aluminum undergoes precision CNC machining, resulting in extremely high structural strength. Even after hundreds of rough handling and transportations, the cabinet will not easily deform, ensuring a seamless finish on every assembled surface.
Robust Anti-Collision Safety Design
During frequent handling, the edges of LED beads are most easily knocked off. Therefore, rental screens have dedicated “defense mechanisms”:
Corner Protectors: The four corners of the enclosure are usually designed with foldable or pop-out protective plates. When the screen is placed flat on the ground, the protective plates support the LED beads, preventing direct impact to the ground; they retract when wall-mounted.
Common Curved Types
Depending on installation requirements, curved screens are mainly divided into three forms:
Inner Curved Screen (Concave): The image is concave inward. Commonly used in conference rooms, monitoring centers, and main stage screens for a more comfortable viewing experience.
Outer Curved Screen (Convex): The image convexes outward. Commonly used at building corners at intersections and on the outer side of columns to ensure visibility from all four directions.
Circular/Ring-Shaped Screen: 360° closed. Typically suspended in the center of stadiums (such as the funnel-shaped screens at the top of NBA arenas) or on cylindrical screens in shopping malls.
