In the field of LED displays, GOB technology refers to “Glue-On-Board” technology. This is an advanced LED packaging technology designed to improve the reliability and performance of LED displays.
In traditional LED display designs, LED chips are typically directly soldered onto a Printed Circuit Board (PCB).
GOB technology addresses these issues by introducing a special encapsulation glue layer between the LED chip and the PCB. It enhances the reliability and stability of LED displays
