Design & Customization Process
The engineering team began with a thorough requirement analysis and on-site evaluation. Since the installation site was located at a building corner, an L-shaped layout proved to be the ideal choice, as it naturally extends visibility and creates depth for the 3D illusion without requiring special glasses. We used advanced 3D modeling to optimize the right-angle splicing, ensuring no visible seams, color shifts, or alignment issues between the main and side panels.
The choice of P3.91 pixel pitch provided an excellent balance of image sharpness and cost-effectiveness for outdoor advertising. Heavy-duty iron cabinets were selected for their superior structural strength, making the screen highly resistant to wind, rain, and potential impacts—critical in regions with variable weather. Although iron requires proper protective coating, its robustness outperforms lighter materials in permanent, high-exposure installations.
